Are we not running behind the fabricated dreams forgetting the root level concerns????

This question came to my mind again after n number of times.

Came across this situation again. Every time I protest and sometimes shopkeeper agrees and sometimes few do not agree with that. But I never agree to pay 2 rs extra on a 10rs colddrinks bottle. This is the situation in Bangalore. For every bottle, they charge 2rs to 5rs extra on every drinks and water bottle as cooling charge. If you complain, ask how you can charge more than MRP then you become the rude customer, if you dont ask any and pay the extra as demanded then you can have your cold drinks and you become the humble customer.

Now people can say that what is there in 2rs and its a small thing, we should not create issue for this. But the point is even if it is 1 re or 2, it is illegal and moreover, if we see all problems of common men are like this only, sometimes you have to pay 100 rs in traffic, 400rs to do a DL, 2000 rs extra for a passport, 500 rs for clearing a file in any govt office, etc etec etc. There are many such scenarios where common men has to pay which is illegal because sometimes, they dont have to fight for these, they think better to clear this in onetime even need to pay some illegal money. Even if some has the guts to fight then where they will go, to police station???!!! In India, we see even if you are the victim still we have the fear in going to the police, coz we have a completely different image in our mind, that very rare police men are there who really extends the hand for help but the others when extends their hands then the victim becomes more of a culprit.

Similar situation, when few people started complaining about this extra charges as cooling charge in Indore(link) to the Weights and measurements department, then they asked only we can look into this issue if you can provide the bill. Its so pathetic, first of all you sir tell me how many retail shops in your area provides a bill, tell me howmany retail shops have the billing machine. This is the same case in other issues too. If you can provide any legal document (Bill is a legal document), then how a shopkeeper will charge an illegal amount on that or in case of the illegal charges where govt officers ask money to clear any file to provide any service, obviously the money is illelagal then how can they provide a receipt. Now police will say if you dont have a receipt how you can prove this. So this is the duty of the common men or the police and judiciary system to find out the proof, and punish the culprit.

Now the most important thing every people and news channels forget, and letting us float in the purview of the developmental dream, we will get a incredible india, developed india, good governance, but sir tell us what you really want to do about these common issues and the vast level of corruptions what happens in the very root level which impacts the real common men. We see a thousand discussions, debates in renowned news channels about coal scam, 2G scam, Common wealth scam. Hows that going to help people. If they would have collected 1 lakh crore more in the 2G auction hows that going to help the common men. Common men are struggling with their basic issues, road, safety, food, employment, irregularity in govt office, no support from police, school education, etc etc etc. Who is going to address these issues.

Now Arvind Kejriwal started addressing this, few media channels thought this is not going to increase their TRP, so presented him as the anarchist coz he is addressing for the common issues of common men and doing dharna in every case which canot generate news for the big news channels. But tell me one thing, what a common man can do, if the people who should protect you, if they want protection money from you then is there any other way where you can address your concerns other than dharna?

I am just a common man, I dont know how far this is correct to go to dharna in all issues and how can we call this as anarchist. But till we see any improvement or any other solution or any other way to address our issues, it seems even though this is the anarchist way, even though it creates chaos in term of few news channels, even though it causes many obstacles in the routine of common men, we will go and protest coz we dont have any other option to address our issues. So I just want to request all news channels, politician till the indian people go to the mood of taking out frustration from addressing the issues like what happened in Egypt, Syria and other countries, please bring some improvement in root level, this root level corruption is the main and the most important issues which frustrates people to the hell.

So how much this is correct when we flow with the fabricated and misguided dreams and gradually we forget the real root level issues untill we face the same issue again.

Now before we vote, this is the most important thing we need to think.
